Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Nature of Products

Kasumi Store sells digital goods only — specifically, in-game currency and top-ups for mobile and PC games (e.g. Mobile Legends Diamonds, Genshin Impact Genesis Crystals, PUBG UC, Free Fire Diamonds, Valorant VP, and more). No physical products are shipped.

2. Delivery Method

All purchases are delivered electronically and directly to the customer's in-game account using the Game ID (and Server / Zone ID where applicable) provided at checkout. No physical shipping, courier, or postal service is involved.

3. Delivery Timeframe

• Standard Delivery: Most top-ups are delivered automatically within 30 seconds after successful payment.
• Peak Hours: During high-traffic events or game-side maintenance, delivery may take up to 15 minutes.
• Manual Review: In rare cases (invalid Game ID, supplier outage), delivery may take up to 24 hours while our support team resolves the issue.

4. Delivery Confirmation

You will receive:

• An order confirmation email immediately after payment.
• A delivery confirmation email once the top-up has been credited to your game account.
• An in-game notification from the game itself (varies by game).

5. Delivery Failures

6. Incorrect Game ID / Zone ID

It is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct Game ID and Zone ID at checkout. Top-ups delivered to an incorrect account due to customer entry errors cannot be refunded or reversed. Please double-check your details before paying.

7. No Physical Shipping Charges

Since all products are digital, there are no shipping or delivery charges. The price displayed at checkout is the final amount you pay.
